Jamaican born couple Garfield & Dee are passionate about Brand Jamaica from the perspective as locals living and working on the island. Our focus is to get more Jamaicans vacationing at home on a budget while learning more about our culture, food, music and urge everyone to support local small businesses.
As Jamaicans there is so much more we can do by helping our local businesses to keep their doors open which will result in more of our citizens gainfully employed and better able to take care of their families. We need to support these business more often and not rely on tourists to visit our island and make the necessary purchases and enjoy our natural recreational activities.
We can start buying more of our handmade local products as gift items for that special occasion. We can look out for our local designers who are making their mark in the world and purchase their jewellery, clothing and sandals.
