The morning started out with intermediate showers in St. Ann. It was suppose to be a day of sun, food, water and relaxation at Bamboo Beach, having made my reservation for lunch. The rain began to " Sprinkle" more showers and as Garfield left the house I felt as if I would stifle inside the house SO I took to my list with jottings of my "Hello Summer places to visit" while on vacation and thought it would be a good day to visit the beautiful Konoko Falls.

In 10minutes I arrived. It was more beautiful that the photographs that I came across on the internet. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by someone in the parking lot and was escorted to the office. The young lady I spoke with (Candice?) gave me an overview and my grand tour started.

I was captivated by its natural beauty.. well kept grounds, planned and organized layout.

Konoko Falls is the definition of what a botanical garden should look and feel like.

A must visit while in Ocho Rios. The property is HUGE and suitable for small kids as there are sections where the water is ankle deep. Kids would have a ball sailing make-shift boats there :) or just watching leaves float. The grounds was well maintained and the over all ambiance was relaxing. I observed breathtaking views from the "tower" or should I call it the "pier" and I also noted that the Staff was very courteous especially the groundsman as he humbly went about his job.. I loved my tour.... yep going back.
